Mission Trips:
Mission Trips take place twice a year until the organization is under full production. In the past, the organization has helped existing orphanages along the way as research is collected and a new circle of friends created.
We bring donations such as hygiene products, clothes, toys, books and more along with putting in time and hard work. Cleaning, caulking, and painting buildings and rooms at orphanages, teaching trades that the children can use when they become adults, and working on English language skills are all exciting things we have done and continue to do!
2020 Mission Trip Opportunities:
Planting Seeds of Empowerment believes that when people unify, God does incredible things. With all the uncertainty this unity is more important than ever. COVID_19 has had a significant impact on Planting Seeds of Empowerment and how we serve, as it has across the world. Although mission activities have come to a pause, we hope to have opportunities back by Summer 2021. Our one to two week mission trips are designed to fit into anyone’s schedule. Health and Safety:
Predetermined health and safety parameters will need to be met before we consider resuming mission trip activity. Our staff will review these parameters with you, which will be continually updated to remain in accordance with local, state, and national guidelines and directives (i.e. stay
at home orders, social distancing guidelines, group size restrictions). We want to be clear that we will not compromise in this area. If parameters are not met, we will not host a mission team. When it’s time to go, we are ready to take you with us.
